Please keep in mind that we provide most staples and items we anticipate you would want or need to make your stay a pleasant one, such as; condiments, coffee, tea, paper goods, shampoo, etc. We also do not charge a cleaning fee . There is a required 9.2% tax for stays under 30 days. We offer occasional specials so make sure to follow us on facebook. Your reservation will be confirmed once a deposit is received and the rental agreement agreed to. We require 50% of total fee as a deposit, with the balance due 30 days before check in. If you want to rent longer than 30 days , just one night, or a week that combines seasons, please call or email us for a rate. You will be locked in at current published rate at time of payment. You will receive a secure invoice for credit card payment online or can make arrangements for an alternative payment method. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Rates and availability are subject to change at any time. Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 10 AM

Refund Policy: 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before your arrival date. We will refund a prorated amount minus a $100 administrative fee if you cancel between 14-30 days before arrival and we are able to re-book.
NO CLEANING FEES- Most cabin owners charge exorbitant cleaning fees and pass these costs on to you. We DO NOT charge cleaning fees since we want to give the most economical rates to our guests. However, we expect guests to leave the cabin in the same condition they found it. This means that the cabin is left reasonably clean (garbage appropriately disposed of, dishes washed, refrigerators and ovens cleaned) and it does not take us more than 3 hours to clean the cabin for the next guests. Bedding and towels are washed by us in hot water and all hard surfaces are wiped down with a germicide.
