Greetings, we hope you enjoy your stay at Aspen Acres in Estes Park! Mike is a welder, who also went to school for construction. Mary is a fiber artist, has a background in Outdoor Education and has been a Realtor since 1994. Together, we have remodeled 4 older homes and have owned rental property for over 25 years. This cabin is very special, and we have worked very hard to update , decorate , and make Aspen Acres a unique and comfortable home for the guests we have the privilege of hosting here.

About Us: Why the Owners Chose Estes Park, CO, USA:
We fell in love with Estes Park a long time ago and have spent many weekends exploring the Estes Valley. When we saw this property with its acreage setting, the log cabin with knotty pine walls and the large covered front porch, we felt that this was the perfect location and the one for us. We were grateful that the previous owners had just updated the electrical, plumbing, and heating. We worked hard to furnish the cabin, enhance and improve the setting and make the updates needed to be a vacation rental. Our first guests arrived at the end of June, 2017.

The setting provides privacy, a convenient location, a great view and lots of animal life. We want our vacation rental guests to arrive at our log cabin and never want to leave the cabin during their entire stay. If you prefer a more active vacation, you can fish, hike or snowshoe at many nearby areas. For entertainment, it is less than a mile to restaurants, bars, groceries and shopping.

Of course, quantities are limited. Our amenities include coffee maker, Keurig, french press, waffle maker, crock pot, microwave, baking equipment, multiple TV’s, internet, propane grill , fire pit, and dozens of books, puzzles, games and DVDs.
